Do I need an account?

No. TradeInvoice has no account and no login — set your business name and start estimating.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device, protected at rest by iOS Data Protection. Nothing leaves your phone unless you share a PDF yourself.

How do I send an invoice?

Open the invoice, tap the PDF preview, then share it by email, message, or any app in the iOS share sheet.

Can I turn an estimate into an invoice?

Yes — mark the estimate Accepted and tap "Create Invoice from Estimate". The client, line items, tax and deposit carry over to a new draft invoice.

What are overdue reminders?

An optional notification the morning after a sent invoice passes its due date. It's off by default and processed entirely on your device.
