Terms of Use

Effective 10 June 2026 · Last updated 10 June 2026 · Version 1.0

By downloading or using TradeInvoice (“the app”), you agree to these terms.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which these terms incorporate by reference.

Your responsibility

TradeInvoice helps you prepare estimates and invoices, but you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and what you bill. The app's calculations (line totals, tax rates, deposits, due dates) are tools, not professional tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tax rates and invoice requirements vary by country and trade — verify figures and formats before sending a document to a client or filing with an authority. The app does not process payments.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Because your data is stored on your device, keep your own backups (for example, device backups via iOS). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost income, or damages arising from use of the app.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by the TradeInvoice Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
