Privacy Policy

Effective 10 June 2026 · Last updated 10 June 2026 · Version 1.0

TradeInvoice is designed to be private by default. It works entirely on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. TradeInvoice has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no backend servers. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, and the app makes no network connections of its own. This matches the app's privacy manifest and its “Data Not Collected” declaration on the App Store.

Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter — clients, estimates, invoices, line items, your rate card, your business profile, and your logo — is stored only on your device, protected at rest by iOS Data Protection. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share it: for example, sending a PDF estimate or invoice through the iOS share sheet, or tapping a client's phone number or email address to contact them. When you share, you control the destination, and that destination's own privacy policy then applies.

Permissions

TradeInvoice asks for exactly one permission, and only if you turn the feature on:

Choosing a logo uses the system photo picker, which lets you hand the app a single image without granting any access to your photo library. You can use TradeInvoice fully without granting anything.

Children

TradeInvoice is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase on your behalf. You control all of your data directly on your device, and deleting the app removes it. If you are in the EU or UK and have a question about this, contact us below; you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
